Summer is in full swing, and we need easyyyy things to make. This is so simple to make in bulk so that you can have leftovers over, and over. You need just a few ingredients. Bonus: my whole family likes it.

You can serve this warm OR put in the fridge and eat cold. Both taste great!

  • Banza pasta

  • Sautéed mushrooms

  • Sautéed spinach

  • Tomatoes

  • Sliced grilled chicken

  • Bolthouse vinaigrette dressing
