When you work with us — we will tackle the pillars of health that support a renewed mind, body, spirit, and lifestyle. We’ll ensure you’re not only eating well, but that you are moving your body, staying hydrated and getting enough sleep for ultimate results.
We understand each client is different, at a different level, and has different accountability support needs.
That’s why our programs are tailored specifically for YOU to meet your health goals and range from 6-12 weeks depending on the individual. Some clients like to stay with us much longer than 12 weeks, while some feel fully prepared to continue their new healthy lifestyle on their own when their program has been completed.
Together, we will develop your wellness intentions and create a plan to help you build sustainable long-term habits.

Basic Accountability for Nutrition + Fitness
For someone who knows what they need to do, they just need to actually do it! You’ll have a plan and will be checking in everyday.
‘Nutrition Only’ Accountability
You already have an exercise plan you enjoy! You need nutrition guidance, someone to help you more mindfully watch your portions, snacks, sugar/alcohol consumption and need options when dining out.
‘Fitness Only’ Accountability
You eat well! But you need some fire under your bum to get motivated to exercise through planned workouts, encouragement and banishing the excuses! You want movement to be a priority in your schedule.

With every program you’ll have a dedicated coach beside you for the entire length of your program.
Our programs are designed to help you see progress as you go.
We do this by taking body measurements, comparing side by side photos of your weight loss, having regular weigh-ins, accessing how your clothes are fitting, and noticing how much more energy you have! We are here to help you gain confidence and control again.
We break things up into small, attainable health goals so it doesn’t become overwhelming.
We’ll be here to guide you and encourage you throughout your journey. We are not in this for the QUICK FIX. That doesn’t work for the long-term.
We’ll go slow and steady so it LASTS this time. We won’t allow you to throw in the towel.

Did you know that you have to eat at least three times a day and then also eat a snack at some point? Did you also know that you should drink at least 100 ounces of water each day? Did you know that sometimes you should do cardio and lift weights like in the same workout? I certainly didn’t know that! And I’m 38 years old. I had been stuck in a plateau for many many months and just couldn’t see any way out of it. So, I hired Ashley on a whim and she proved to be the best investment while also investing in myself!
My body was all out of whack, I had a thyroid issue, type two diabetes, and high blood pressure.
