I’ve been following Better Health by Accountability for quite some time now on Instagram. I was approached twice but the timing and my mindset wasn’t panning out. This time when I was approached, I decided to take the time to fill out the health questionnaire and speak to Ashley one on one about my goals. After speaking with Ashley, I knew it was time. Time to make a change and I was ready mentally to take on this journey.

Few days later I received a video text from the amazing Coach Ali! From the very beginning Coach Ali has been so personable and truly attentive to me and my goals. Coach Ali took the time to set up weekly workout schedules for me, sent me many different and easy recipes but most of all, she guided me. If I needed to make changes to my meal (add more of xyz or less of) she was there. The daily texts were great for accountability.

I truly enjoyed when Coach Ali would push me a little more; “hey drink 10 oz of water and go” or “do as many squats as you are old today!” This was exactly the push I needed! This experience has taught me that I am capable of making changes. I never knew how capable I actually was until I signed up with Better Health by Accountability.

“I found Better Health by Accountability when I was at a low point in my health journey.

I was STRUGGLING with being accountable to myself. I have always been extremely dedicated and disciplined with my workout program, but my eating habits are another story entirely… I initially spoke with Ashley, and after just a few minutes of conversation, I knew this was the right program for me. No restricted foods - just common sense portion control and mindfulness designed to create lasting habits.

I signed on for the 12-week nutrition accountability program, and Ashley matched me with my coach, Kellie. There are not enough words to describe how incredibly AWESOME Kellie is…!!
